Winning new clients is the second instalment of the 'Caring for Clients' module. Practices must consistently win new clients due to a natural decrease in numbers overtime. This course explains why it is so important for the future of the business to win new clients and how this can be achieved. This presentation will compliment other courses from Chunk Training including; Delighting the Client, and Communicating, Listening and Conversing.
This course is aimed at all front of house staff, however in many cases it is a team effort to turn a new client into a loyal one so the course would be beneficial to all staff within practice who communicate with new clients and their pets.
What You Will Learn
When a client choses a new practice it can be daunting and confusing. Many staff may wrongly assume that the client will simply pick the cheapest vets however, this is generally not the case. This course explains why is it so important to consistently win new clients as well as evaluating what the needs of the client are when they take an interest in the practice. It is very easy to win new clients and by using the 8 Golden Rules set out in the course you will be able to increase your client base.
About The Provider
The course is delivered by Liz, a virtual teacher who will deliver the content originally written by Liz Watkins (MRCVS). Liz qualified from the University of Bristol in 1982 and took the opportunity to purchase a small practice with two vets in 1990. Over 30 years Liz built up the practice to have 9 vets across three sites and the practice was very successful. Aside from her clinical interests, client satisfaction has always been a passion of Liz's and she has always strived to deliver the highest quality of care to both the pet and the owners.
